US Military Plane Crashes Near Sea In Japan, One Person Died.

A US military aircraft V-22 Osprey crashed into the sea in western Japan with 6 people on board.

According to the report of a foreign news agency, an American military plane with 6 people on board has crashed near the island of Yakushima in southwestern Japan.

According to eyewitnesses, when the plane fell into the sea, the left engine of this plane was on fire, while the coast guard of Japan confirmed that the body of a person was found near the crash site.

According to the report, the plane that crashed was on its way from the Iwakuni base in western Yamaguchi prefecture to the Kadena base in the southwestern region of Okinawa.

Japan’s defense minister says the plane disappeared from radar at 2:40 a.m. local time on Wednesday, five minutes after the coast guard received a call that the plane had crashed.

According to the Defense Minister, immediately after receiving the call, six boats and two helicopters were dispatched to the accident site.

It should be noted that there are more than 50,000 American soldiers stationed in Japan and often these types of aircraft are victims of accidents.
