Japan: Dangerous typhoon warning, 2 million people instructed to leave their homes

Thousands of people have been ordered to evacuate their homes as Typhoon Nanmadol hits southwestern Japan.

According to foreign media, the administration has ordered 2 million people to leave their homes and move to safer places due to the threat of a typhoon.

According to the Japan Meteorological Department, the typhoon will hit the southwestern part of Japan with its intensity, causing strong winds and heavy rain.

According to foreign media, the storm may cause widespread destruction, as considering the intensity of the hurricane, it has been declared a Category 5 storm.

Along with this, landslides, and floods in rivers and streams are also likely to be encountered.

Flight operations in Japan have also been affected due to the typhoon, with Japan Airlines and All Nippon Airways already canceling 335 flights.
