Gaza: 9 UN Staff Members Were Killed In The Israeli Attack.

The ongoing Israeli attacks in Gaza have intensified after the latest attack killed 9 UN refugee agency staff.

According to the report of a foreign news organization, 9 personnel of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees have been killed in the recent attack by Israel.

According to the report, the United Nations headquarters in the Gaza Strip has been destroyed by Israeli attacks.

“The protection of civilians is paramount in such situations, they must be protected according to the laws of war,” says Juliet Toma, director of communications for the organization.

They say UN staff were killed in their homes in the attacks, while 18 of the agency’s schools were turned into shelters after Israeli attacks.

He further said that the schools were heavily damaged in the bombing and their headquarters in Gaza City was also damaged, but there were no reports of casualties.

It should be noted that the fierce clashes between Hamas and Israel have entered the fifth day, during which Israel has tightened the blockade of Gaza while cutting off the supply of food items including electricity and water.

Residential buildings, hospitals and schools are continuously being bombarded by Israeli forces.

It should be noted that more than 1078 Palestinians, including 140 children, have been martyred in the barbaric bombardment by the Israeli army, while the number of injured has exceeded 5184.
